The AIFMD-reports need to be submitted in DLR no later than the last business day of the month following the reporting period.[1]
Based on the EU Delegated Regulation reporting for Fund of Funds has an extended submission deadline of 15 days.[2]
You have completed the reporting obligation when both the ESMA Manager report and the ESMA Fund report(s) have the status "completed" in DLR.
Note for: each fund with a reporting obligation in the reporting portal DLR, we expect a specific XML file containing only data concerning that specific fund.
