PLEASE NOTE: all reporting entities must apply for an eHerkenning token for their institution(s). When multiple entities are part of a group, this can be multiple institutions.
They can then authorise staff members as DLR users.
An institution can authorise an intermediary to act on behalf of the institution using eHerkenning. This needs to be registered as a "ketenmachtiging".
