Consultation Supervisory Regulation usage business projections
DNB is consulting a new policy statement: Consultation Supervisory Regulation usage business projections. With this policy statement, DNB applies five supervisory discretions based on the Investment Firms Regulation (IFR). These discretions entail that DNB, for the purpose of calculating the K-factors, can replace missing historical data points with business projections that investment firms have submitted to obtain their licence. By applying the aforementioned discretions via this supervisory regulation, DNB aims to conduct a clear, transparent and predictable policy regarding the usage of these discretions.
