Good practice document for outsourcing by insurance companies

The good practice document lists the relevant legislation and regulations for insurers with respect to the outsourcing of activities and includes several examples of how insurers may further specify the outsourcing regulations.

20 May 2019: Version 2.0 of the Good Practice document for outsourcing by insurers is now also available in English!
As of today, you can download an updated version of the Good Practice for outsourcing by insurers. It incorporates feedback from the sector and some new good practices.
Should there be any discrepancies between the Dutch and the English version of this good practice document, the Dutch version shall prevail.
