The more specific, the better.

As a rule, the better defined your question and the attached information is, the better we can support you. For example, you could answer the following questions in the requestform:

How exactly does your financial product, service, or business model work?
What are its innovative aspects?
Which rules apply in your view?
What do you believe to be potential bottlenecks?

Our response

We respond to your question within two business days on average. If a simple answer suffices, we may contact you by telephone or email. If a more complex issue is involved, we will invite you for a meeting at the premises of DNB, the AFM or the ACM.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) account for almost half of all bank loans to businesses in the Netherlands, according to new figures being released by DNB for the first time today. However, SMEs often pay a slightly higher interest rate than other businesses.
