This Supervisory Regulation on Reporting Forms for Financial Undertakings (Regeling staten financiële ondernemingen Wft) serves to implement Sections 131(1), 133(1) and 135(2) and (5) of the Decree on Prudential Rules for Financial Undertakings under the Financial Supervision Act [Besluit prudentiële regels Wft] (Bulletin of Acts, Orders and Decrees 2006, 519).

This regulation sets out the reporting forms to be submitted by (branches of) banks, investment firms, clearing institutions, electronic money institutions, payment institutions, premium pension institutions, investment fund managers and UCITS managers, payment processing service providers and insurers.

Legal basis 

Sections 131(1), 133(1), and 135(2) and (5) of the Decree on Prudential Rules for Financial Undertakings under the Financial Supervision Act.
