Regulation on Statements of Financial Undertakings under the Wft
This Supervisory Regulation on Reporting Forms for Financial Undertakings (Regeling staten financiële ondernemingen Wft) serves to implement Sections 131(1), 133(1) and 135(2) and (5) of the Decree on Prudential Rules for Financial Undertakings under the Financial Supervision Act [Besluit prudentiële regels Wft] (Bulletin of Acts, Orders and Decrees 2006, 519).
This Regulation defines the reporting forms to be submitted by banks, investment firms, clearing institutions, electronic money institutions and insurers. In addition, rules are laid down with respect to deadlines and frequency for submission of reporting forms, the valuation of the items, and which reporting forms an accountant must include in his or her examination. Chapter 3 includes reporting templates for insurers for statement of insurance classes and insurance contracts concluded.
