Since completing his studies, Jochem has focused on modernising labour relations, with a special emphasis on delayed retirement and pensions. He has worked as a consultant for social innovation and sustainable employability at NS Dutch Railways and as a programme manager at an expertise centre, focusing on the labour market of the future. At Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, he held final responsibility for the labour domain in the Applied Gerontology programme, which also covers the topics of retirement and pensions. Jochem has served on pension fund boards from the employer, employee and pensioner perspectives. He was, among other positions, a board member of the UWV Employee Insurance Agency’s own pension fund and of Pensioenfonds PGB.
Cindy van Oorschot joined DNB’s Executive Board from 1 July 2024.
