You can temporarily exchange Croatian banknotes for euros at DNB. The reason is the introduction of the euro in Croatia. The exchange rate: 7.53450 kuna = 1 euro.
We do not charge a fee for the exchange. You may exchange a maximum of HRK 8,000 per person per day. This service is available at our Cash Desk in Haarlem from 2 January to 28 February 2023 and is by appointment only. Ring us on +31 20 524 2727 on weekdays from 9:00-12:00 to make an appointment. Bring your ID with you when you visit the Cash Desk. Note: We do not exchange Croatian coins, only banknotes.
