Artie Debidien

Artie Debidien is Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at KPN. She is also Chair of the Supervisory Board of Competens, a member of the Supervisory Board of NVM Holding and, until recently, was a member of the Supervisory Board of Worldline payment service provider Global Collect Services BV, where she is stepping down due to her appointment to DNB’s Supervisory Board.

Margot Scheltema will step down as a Supervisory Board member after two terms of office. She was the Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Supervisory Committee, and previously of the Finance Committee.

Martin van Rijn, Chair of the Supervisory Board, is happy to address both: "It is with great pleasure that I welcome Artie to our Board. Her appointment strengthens the Technology, Digital and Security expertise within the Supervisory Board. She also brings a lot of knowledge and experience within the financial sector, gained at banks, insurers and FinTechs. We would like to thank Margot very much for her commitment, dedication and loyalty to DNB over the past eight years. As Chair of the Supervisory Committee, she used her insight and critical thinking to help us enhance our supervision of the financial sector. As Chair and Member of the Financial Committee, she has also been instrumental in strengthening the Accommodation Programme, IT and cost control within DNB.
