Keeping financial accounting records

We process creditors’ personal data for our financial accounting records. Most creditors provide products or services, or both. In some cases, contracts are preceded by a tender procedure.

We conclude contracts with businesses, for instance for the procurement of office supplies. Contact details of contacts at suppliers are recorded. This personal data processing is necessary for the formation or performance, or both, of contracts with suppliers and vendors. This is a legitimate interest as referred to under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

In tenders, we process the personal data that tenderers must enter in the European Single Procurement Document and those that are included in the accompanying documentary evidence.
