We process your data to pursue our legitimate interests.
Who will we share your data with?
We may have to share your data with processors, and we can engage the services of parties that qualify as processors within the meaning of the GDPR. We conclude a processing agreement with these processors in compliance with the GDPR requirements. In addition, we may sometimes have to share your personal data with third parties for the purpose of conducting (e-)assessments.
How long will we retain your data?
Should we reject your application, we retain your personal data for up to one month after completion of the application process. After that period, we anonymise your data, and only those details that cannot be traced back to you will be retained in our systems for reporting purposes.
In some cases we will ask your consent for retaining your data for a longer period, to see if there is a match with any future positions. The maximum term for retaining your data in this talent pool is twelve months. In that case, you will be given access to your data in the talent pool through the applicant portal, and you can change and supplement it, or have it anonymised.
If there is no match within these twelve months, we will again ask your consent for retaining your data in the talent pool. If you do not give your consent, we will anonymise your data.
