Results of public consultation of DNB Wwft Q&As and Good Practices
Between 18 October and 30 November 2023, we submitted the draft text of the DNB Wwft Q&As and Good Practices to public consultation. Below is the final version, as well as the feedback statement and responses we received. Further to the responses, we have reviewed the structure of the document, which is why some of its chapters differ from the draft version. In particular, we have drawn a clearer distinction between the legal framework, the Q&As and the good practices.

With this new policy statement, the previous DNB Guideline on the Wwft and the Sw expires, as will the policy statements listed below. The Q&As and Good Practices on the Wwft do not cover the Sanctions Act (Sanctiewet), given the impending legislative changes to the act. We will in due course issue a separate policy statement regarding the Sanctions Act. In the meantime, we are publishing the Sanctions Act section from the previous Guideline unchanged as a separate document. This is not a new policy statement.
