FATF released an update of its ‘grey’ and ‘black’ lists.

The enforcement policy sets out the principles and factors underlying our deployment of enforcement instruments, such as an administrative fine and an order subject to penalty, in order to ensure compliance with the standards set.
We have informed the other economic agents referred to in Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 1338/2001, which recirculate euro banknotes received from the public via ATMS or other machines, of our enforcement policy in the event of non-compliance with the standards. These other economic agents include head offices in the case of branches of supermarket chains, individual retailers and other parties which independently fill an ATM with their own euro banknotes.
We have informed cash-in-transit companies referred to in Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 1338/2001 and coin processors, which recirculate euro coins received from the public, of our enforcement policy in the event of non-compliance with standards.
