DNB can refuse an applicant if the latter fails to submit all information required or if DNB finds the information submitted to be incorrect.
We will also refuse registration if we find policymakers or co-policymakers to be unfit or improper.
We offer the applicants the opportunity to supplement the information submitted prior to refusing a request for registration. Please bear in mind that there are limited possibilities to supplement the information provided, as DNB must also issue a decision in good time.
