From 14 November, the Digital Supervision Portal (DLT) and Digital Reporting Portal (DLR) services can be found in the new My DNB environment. We have designed the new My DNB environment to make contact with DNB faster, easier and more transparent for institutions and applicants. Clarity for the external user is paramount.
What does this mean for you?
The transition of the DLT and DLR services to My DNB means you can use a number of new features that My DNB offers straight away, such as switching easily between entities. Moreover, you only need to log in once to use both DLT & DLR services. In addition, the services have a fresh and modern look and feel.
How does it work?
Log in directly to My DNB from the dnb.nl homepage. You will then get access to various DLT portal services such as 'Supervisory applications', 'Organisation details' and 'Supervision calendar', along with DLR 'Supervisory reports'. You can log in to My DNB using the same login credentials you used for DLT or DLR. Your login details therefore remain the same. If you have a pending application, it will automatically transfer to My DNB, where you can continue with the process.
Transferring current portal services was an important step in the development of My DNB. Going forward, we will add new features to the platform for more and easier communication with us, and you will have quick and complete insight into your pending cases and open actions.
My DNB user group
We have made sure that users are involved in the development of My DNB through the iForum. The user group, with 22 members representing a broad cross-section of the sector, contributed ideas on new services, new features and their prioritisation. In addition, they tested the user-friendliness of the environment and we asked for their ideas and suggestions to make My DNB even better.
