You can submit your application through the online service Supervisory applications. You will need eHerkenning to be able to access the portal.
NB: Complete the application form fully and truthfully and make sure you enclose all the required documents.
The notes accompanying the application explain what you have to do and what we expect from you, so please refer to them when completing the form. (tip!)
We can assess your application only if you submit a fully and correctly completed application form and attach all the required documents.
If you fail to do this, we will have to ask you to supplement your application. The thirteen-week consideration period will then be suspended. The total time taken to process your application therefore depends greatly on its quality and completeness and the additional information you supply. See also: Application process timeline.
If you have any questions, you can contact the DNB information desk by telephone on 0800 020 1068 or e-mail (info@dnb.nl).
