DNB charges a fee for considering DNO applications

We charge a fee for considering applications for a declaration of no objection (DNO). The amounts are laid down in the Regulation on the funding of one-off supervisory actions (Refers to an external site).

The fees for evaluating a DNO application are charged regardless of whether the DNO is granted or rejected by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) or the European Central Bank. Even if the DNO application is withdrawn by the applicant or suspended by DNB during the process, fees will still apply.
