Publication in the Government Gazette

DNB's standard procedure is to publish the issue of a DNO in the Government Gazette. If publication causes disproportional advantage or damage to any interested party, we may refrain from publishing. DNO holders may inform the other stakeholders about the issue of the DNO themselves after discussing this with DNB first.

Information

The publication in the Government Gazette contains information on the nature of the act for which the DNO was issued, the date of issue and the person or entity to whom the DNO was issued. The publication does not include confidential information about the contents of the issued DNO. The revocation of a DNO is also published.
