Publication in the Government Gazette
DNB will publish the issue of a DNO in the Dutch Government Gazette (Staatscourant), unless such publication would or could cause disproportional advantage or damage to any interested party.
Published: 19 July 2017
DNB's standard procedure is to publish the issue of a DNO in the Government Gazette. If publication causes disproportional advantage or damage to any interested party, we may refrain from publishing. DNO holders may inform the other stakeholders about the issue of the DNO themselves after discussing this with DNB first.
Information
The publication in the Government Gazette includes information about the holder of the DNO, the target company, and the issued DNO itself, i.e. its date of issue, the type of DNO and the legal grounds for issue. The publication does not include confidential information about the contents of the issued DNO.
Revoking of DNO
If DNOs are revoked or changed, DNB also publishes this in the Government Gazette, providing changes do not involve confidential information.
