DNO requirements and restrictions
DNB or the ECB may attach requirements to the DNOs that are issued to you, or they may impose limitations or time limits on a DNO.

DNB or the ECB may attach requirements to and/or impose limitations or time limits on issued DNOs with a view to the interests that part 3.3.11 of the Wft seeks to protect. Part 3.3.11 of the Wft specifies when an individual or company must apply for a DNO, and states the application assessment criteria.
Changed circumstances
If circumstances change, limitations may be imposed, or specific additional conditions may be attached after the DNO has been issued. The DNO can also be revoked if circumstances change.
