A bandwidth will be attached to a DNO for the acquisition and ownership of a qualifying holding.
With a bandwidth DNO, the size of the qualifying holding may vary within the specified bandwidth without the need to apply for a new or amended DNO. When you are applying for a DNO as referred to in Sections 3:95 and 3:96 of the Wft you will have a choice between different bandwidths.
The DNO for a qualifying holding under Section 3:96 of the Wft also offers the option to apply for a DNO for a fixed percentage shareholding. The following bandwidths are available.
