Structure of the banking sector
This dashboard presents a few indicators related to the structure of the Dutch banking system: the number of banks broken down into domestically owned banks and foreign banks with their corresponding balance sheet totals. It also includes indicators showing concentration levels in the Dutch banking sector. Bank restructurings and takeovers of banks by other parties have an impact on the concentration indicators in the charts.
