A request for registration as a crypto service provider is subject to a consideration period of two months pursuant to Section 23c(2) of the legislative proposal. No crypto services may be offered prior to or during the consideration period. Crypto services may only be offered once the crypto service provider is registered as such with DNB. If any information is missing from the request for registration, the period within which we are required to decide on the request will be suspended until the date on which the request is supplemented or until the term for its supplementation elapses unused, in accordance with Section 4:15 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht – Awb).
